model: glyph and app icon for cce-model

cube.svg's solid at 0.72 scale inside an orbit ring: the object you turn to
look at, where the bare cube (cce-designer) is the object you build. The
ring's far half sits behind the solid at the 0.55 back-layer opacity, the
near half in front at full, ending in an arrowhead.
