fix: list cards show the full subject

As the header does (0142e79): the subject is drawn whole, bounded only
by its clip — at the card's content edge, so a long one is cut clean of
the plate padding and the scrollbar strip rather than shortened with an
ellipsis. The sender line and the snippet keep theirs.
