fix: the To line is drawn in full, never ellipsized

An address list is read end to end, and an ellipsis in the middle of one
hides exactly the part that tells recipients apart. The To line now draws
its whole text, bounded only by its clip rect — the header plate's
content edge, or the HTML-view buttons' left edge while they are on show.
The subject, From and Date lines keep their ellipsis.
