fix: refresh Cargo.lock to the pinned git revs

bump-revs repins Cargo.toml only, so the committed lock still named older
(or path-resolved) revs, and every standalone build rewrote it silently.
Resolved standalone with cargo metadata: a minimal update, no crates.io
version moved.
