arrange: wifi in RIGHT_ORDER, between volume and battery
cce-status-interface grew a wifi readout (a45cf11). It rides inside the
combined `stats` segment, but a bar running `--module wifi` on its own
sorted past the clock; it now sits where the stats bubble shows it.
